The Germantown Initiative
At EverX, we have a dedicated team that is at the forefront of research on the detrimental effects of redlining, blockbusting, and other forms of property injustice in our local community. We do this research to identify and develop strategies for overcoming these barriers. Using our knowledge and resources, we’ve been working with several underserved and under-resourced Germantown families to help them purchase their first houses. We’re provide help securing loans, purchasing homes, and kickstarting their success.
